Violence Against Women and Girls - Outcome 22 Provider

The Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) and the Mayor's Women's Safety Unit is inviting Expressions of Interest for delivery of a diversionary one-to-one intervention for those receiving an Outcome 22 for a Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG) offence.

The opportunity is open to Voluntary Charity Social Enterprise (VCSE) and Local Authorities who are aligned to the West Yorkshire Safety of Women and Girls strategy.

Invitation to Quote: Young Futures Prevention Partnership Panels Pilot Year Evaluation

The Violence Reduction Partnership are looking to appoint an evaluation partner to review and support the Young Futures Prevention Partnership Panels Pilot Year Evaluation. 

Specific Research Questions will include: 

  • How, and to what extent, has the Young Futures Prevention Partnership Panels Pilot met its objectives? 
  • How have the Prevention Partnership Panels been implemented across different areas of West Yorkshire in the pilot year, and what are the key enablers and barriers to effective delivery? 
  • What changes to the implementation and processes of this pilot should be made if the panels were to be sustained beyond the pilot?

Tender Opportunity: West Yorkshire Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service and Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) Service

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a Service Provider for the Mayors West Yorkshire Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service and Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) Service.  Supporting victims, survivors, witnesses, and those harmed by crime is at the heart of this Police and Crime Plan, helping people to get justice. The Mayor will continue to commission the most appropriate services that victims, survivors and witnesses need, building on the excellent work already being undertaken around priorities. 

Lot 1 West Yorkshire Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service. Work with people who have experienced rape and sexual assault and stalking and provide a confidential service offering impartial and independent advice. ISVA support varies based on the individual needs of the victim/survivor. The support is primarily through the criminal justice process, offering emotional and practical support and acts as the main point of contact for a victim/survivor and can liaise with the police on their behalf if needed.

Lot 1 value (estimated): £6,048,000 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated): 1 April 2026 to 1 April 2029.  Possible extension to 1 April 2033

Lot 2 Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC)  Work with people who have experienced stalking and provide a confidential service offering impartial and independent advice. ISAC support varies based on the individual needs of the victim/survivor. The support is primarily through the criminal justice process, offering emotional and practical support and acts as the main point of contact for a victim/survivor and can liaise with the police on their behalf if needed.

Lot 2 value (estimated): £2,167,200 including VAT

Contract dates (estimated): 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2028. Possible extension to 30 November 2032

The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF): Open call funding round

The funding is available to organisations across England and Wales that are working to reduce children’s involvement in violence and have the potential for rigorous impact evaluation.

Project should fit within any of the seven key sectors: youth justice, children’s services, youth sector, policing, neighbourhoods, health, or education.

If your project supports young people aged 10-18 who are at risk of or affected by violence, and you’re ready to scale and evaluate your impact, this is your chance to secure funding.

Your involvement will help YEF build on evidence for what works in preventing children from becoming involved in violence!

Mayor's Safer Communities Fund

The Mayor will run a Mayor's Safer Communities Fund a number of times a year. The fund will offer grants to voluntary, community groups, charities and partners to provide support for innovative community safety projects.
